Ready-made items ship in 7 days. Custom items may need extra time, depending on the item. Live show and video orders can take a little longer, because we open them on camera first.

You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also use the Order Tracking page with your order number and email.

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout, and orders of $100 or more ship free. See our Shipping Policy for the details.

Not the exact items, and that is the fun! We pick every item, so the specific items, colors and styles are a surprise, except for what the product description promises. Product pictures show examples, not the exact items you will get.

Yes! Add a video of your order for $25 to any Mystery Scoop or Mystery Lucky Balls order. We record it while we pack, so you see exactly what you receive, and we post it to our Facebook page.

We film each video order, then edit and send it to you. That adds a few days, and it is worth the wait.

Each Mystery Lucky Ball holds one surprise accessory, like a mini purse, a bag charm, a keychain or a piece of jewelry. Pick 1 to 20 balls, starting at $30 for one.

Mystery items are final sale, except as our refunds and returns policy says, for example for damaged or missing items. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is fulfilled or shipped.

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered, contact us right away so we can look into it and make it right.

Yes! When you build your own bundle, you save 5% on 5 or more items, 10% on 10 or more, 15% on 15 or more and 20% on 20 or more. The discount comes off automatically.
