Why join our rewards program
Our rewards program is our thank-you for shopping with a small family business. Joining is free: create your account at checkout or in My Account, and every order you place with the same email earns points.
Points are added once your order ships. Your balance, your history and your codes to use are always in Account > Your Rewards.
Loyalty points, by the numbers

Love your scoops? Refer a friend. Copy your personal link from Account > Your Rewards and share it. Your friend gets 15% off a first order of $35 or more, and you get $25 in store credit 14 days after their order ships.

How many points can I earn on purchases?
You earn 1 point for every full $1 (US) you spend in our shop. For example, spend $81.99 and you get 81 points. Shipping and tax don’t earn points. There’s no limit to how many points you can earn on an order.
When do my points show up?
Points are added to your account once your order ships.
How many points do I need before I can redeem?
Once you have 100 points, you can trade them for $5 off an order in our shop.
How can I check my points balance and history?
Log in and open Account > Your Rewards. Your balance, your history and your codes to use are all there.
How does Grow the Fam work?
Log in, open Account > Your Rewards and copy your personal link. Share it with a friend. When they place their first order, you get $25 in store credit 14 days after it ships, good for 90 days.
What does my friend get?
Your friend gets 15% off their first order of $35 or more. It applies by itself in their cart, works only on their very first order, and is good for 60 days after they open your link.
When do I get my $25, and how long does it last?
Your $25 store credit arrives by email and in Account > Your Rewards 14 days after your friend’s order ships. Enter the code at checkout. It’s good for 90 days.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Points are kept with your Spreema Scoops account, so create one at checkout or in My Account, and use the same email when you order.
Is there a limit?
You can earn store credit for up to 10 friends.
What if my friend has ordered from you before?
Grow the Fam is for brand new customers only, so friends who have already ordered from us won’t qualify.
What if my friend’s order is refunded?
If a referred order is refunded, the $25 store credit is removed (if it hasn’t been used yet).
Do I earn rewards on free or giveaway items?
No. Points come from what you pay for.
Can I give my points to others?
No, points stay with your account.
Can I refer myself or use more than one account?
Grow the Fam is for sharing with real friends. If we find self-referrals, duplicate accounts or any other misuse, we may remove the store credit and cancel any related orders or discounts.
